Frequently asked questions

Does the person filling it in need an account?

No. Published forms open from a public link and respondents can submit without registering.

What can I place on the page?

The beta supports text, long text, checkboxes, radio groups and dropdown fields.

What happens to the original document?

Its layout remains the visual foundation of the form instead of being rebuilt as a generic web questionnaire.

Can I export responses?

Yes. Responses can be reviewed in the dashboard and exported to CSV.

Does AI automatically detect every field?

Not yet. Today DocAIFlow recognises the fillable fields already in your PDF, and you place any others yourself. AI that suggests fields on scanned and flat documents is planned and is not part of the beta. See what is in the beta.
