Private beta opens this month

Turn an existing PDF into an online form that collects structured responses

Keep the exact layout your workflow depends on. Publish one link and collect clean, structured responses—without rebuilding the form from scratch.

Three steps. One working form.

Move from a static document to a shareable data-collection workflow in an afternoon.

01

Upload the document

Start with the PDF your process already uses. Existing AcroForm fields are recognised automatically.

02

Place the fields

Add text, checks, radio choices and dropdowns directly over the page.

03

Share one link

Anyone can respond without an account. Answers arrive as structured data, ready to review or export.

Some forms cannot simply be redesigned

Client templates, inspection sheets and operational documents often need to remain recognisable. Use the PDF as the interface while collecting answers like a modern web form.

Answers arrive as rows, not email attachments

Review submissions in one place and export them to CSV when another system needs the data.

Frequently asked questions

Does the person filling it in need an account?

No. Published forms open from a public link and respondents can submit without registering.

What can I place on the page?

The beta supports text, long text, checkboxes, radio groups and dropdown fields.

What happens to the original document?

Its layout remains the visual foundation of the form instead of being rebuilt as a generic web questionnaire.

Can I export responses?

Yes. Responses can be reviewed in the dashboard and exported to CSV.

Does AI automatically detect every field?

Not yet. Existing AcroForm fields can be extracted, and you can place supported fields manually. Broader AI field detection is planned, not a current beta claim.
