About DocAIFlow

DocAIFlow is a small product that turns the PDF forms businesses already depend on into online forms that collect structured responses.

Updated

DocAIFlow is built by Diego Revuelta, based in Loredo, Cantabria, Spain. It is a small, founder-led product, so questions and feedback reach the person who builds it.

It started from a simple observation. Many businesses run on PDF forms they cannot or will not redesign, such as inspection sheets, service reports and intake forms, and the expensive part is not filling them in but getting the answers back in a usable shape. DocAIFlow keeps the document and fixes the return trip.

A private beta, described as it is

DocAIFlow is in private beta. People on the waitlist are invited in small cohorts before registration opens publicly. Today the product lets you upload a PDF, use its existing fillable fields or place text, long-text, checkbox, radio and dropdown fields, publish the form at a link that needs no respondent account, and review and export responses as CSV.

Several things people reasonably expect are not built yet, among them automatic AI field detection, a completed PDF per response, signatures and offline use. This site says so wherever it matters, because a clear "not yet" is more useful to you than a vague promise.

Principles behind the product

  • Describe what exists. Features are claimed when they ship, not when they are planned.
  • Keep your data yours. No advertising, no selling data, no training on your documents or responses. Details are on the security page.
  • Respect the document. The PDF people already know stays the interface, rather than being rebuilt as a generic questionnaire.
