GoFormz or DocAIFlow: which fits your forms?

GoFormz is built for field teams working on mobile devices, offline and with photos and signatures. DocAIFlow is a narrower tool: publish an existing PDF at a link and collect structured responses.

Updated

Both products start from the same observation: many businesses run on forms that look like their paper or PDF originals and cannot simply be redesigned. They answer it at very different scales.

GoFormz's capabilities below are taken from its homepage as published on 20 October 2026. DocAIFlow's are what its private beta does today.

When GoFormz is the better choice

  • Your team works where there is no signal and must complete forms offline.
  • Forms need photos, signatures or location as evidence.
  • Completed forms must flow into construction, ERP or CRM systems through ready-made integrations.
  • You are rolling forms out across a large field organisation.

When DocAIFlow is the better choice

  • You have one or a few PDF forms and want them online this week, without adopting a platform.
  • Respondents are external, occasional or unwilling to install anything: a link in the browser is enough.
  • Rows of answers in a CSV are the output you need.

GoFormz and DocAIFlow

Is DocAIFlow a GoFormz replacement for field teams?

Usually not. GoFormz says it supports offline use, photos, e-signatures and GPS, which many field teams depend on. DocAIFlow offers none of these in its beta.

Do respondents need an app for DocAIFlow?

No. The published form opens from a link in any browser, and respondents do not create an account.
